ideal location in the city center a short taxi ride from the station, in the cozy area. hard-working and genuinely helpful staff team who exceeded expectations regarding friendliness and customer service which is becoming more and more rare. the rooms with an amazing view.

The location was fantastic for the sites, restaurants and shops, the view was great and the room was really lovely and quiet.
The housekeeping was erratic - often our tea/coffee wasn't restocked, the cleaner took our toilet rolls (!) and opened our cafetiere coffee. The hotel was understaffed so requesting these things from reception involved a 2-3 hour delay which, in the case of toilet roll is clearly unacceptable!

The Superior King Room was super clean, cozy, and had a great view of the city! The space was comfortable, and the fresh linen. It was spacious enough for a nice stay. The location was great. No complaints! Just a chill vibe.

Easygoing staff and magnificent location close to town centre, everything was beautiful. My bed was comfy and the room was neat with a nice view. Location: the hotel was very close to the nearby restaurants, and all the restaurants.
